Best Price of three estimates and satisfactory service.

They were on time. While one of the men cleaned the inside, the other was on the roof checking the chimney. They did an excellent job and left the house so clean you wouldn't have known they were here.

They did an excellent job! They showed up on time, made the repairs necessary, and cleaned up well after themselves. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

They did really well. I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone. They were very neat and clean. You couldn't tell that they had been in the house. We were very happy with the work.

It was excellent. He was on time and very pleasant. He was very informative. He gave me a lot of information on not only the chimney, but the fireplace insert that I had.

I could not get the flu completely open on the fireplace and when I did use it smoke was coming into the room. I called Michell, an appointment was made I believe for the next day. The worker inspected the chimney and found something blocking the flu, it was removed he cleaned the entire area and then gave instructions on how I would know if smoke was getting into the room, how often to clean, how to use the doors, etc. I was using my fireplace unsafely and didn't even know it. He made referrals for new doors and charged a fair price. I was very pleased.

Brian is always professional and on time. We recently were working under a deadline while selling our house, and he worked with us on getting estimates for closing.

Brian was on time for the appointment, cleaned the chimney, built the screen on the chimney cap in approximately an hour. It was 100 degrees that day. He provided me advice when I asked about getting new gas logs (I have existing), and whether glass doors could be installed in my fireplace opening.

It went fine. This was the best price we were quoted, and he scheduled the work as soon as the weather allowed. Without climbing up on the roof, it looks to be fixed. The flue opens and I won't have an uncovered flue anymore. The cover had blown off in a storm and cracked the clay flue tile which fell down the chimney.

I had two visits from the company. The owner, Brian Mitchell, came first to inspect and clean the fireplace. He was on time, friendly, and willing to give me a detailed, written estimate of further repairs that he recommended in order to convert from a gas-burning fireplace to wood-burning. The second visit was from one of the repair crew employees. He also was on time, respectful, and kept the area clean. He was at our house approximately 4 hours and explained what he was doing and why he had to leave briefly to get a different piece of equipment in order to finish the job. Before leaving he showed me how the new damper system worked and offered to answer any other questions I had.

MR. MITCHELL WAS GREAT. HE CLEANED THE FIREPLACE, AND LEFT THE WORK AREA IN PRISTINE CONDITION. IN ADDITION, HE RETURNED AND REPAIRED THE FIREWALL. HE WAS PLEASANT, PROMPT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HIS PRICE WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE HIM IN MY HOME AGAIN.

OF FIFTEEN COMPANIES CONTACTED, ONLY FIVE OFFERED TO PROVIDE BIDS - EITHER BECAUSE OF WORK BACKLOG OR BECAUSE OF THE HEIGHT AND PITCH OF ROOF. ONLY TWO COMPANIES ACTUALLY RESPONDED. MITCHELL PROVIDED THE LOW BID (BY A SIGNIFICANT MARGIN, WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND TO EXPLORE OPTIONS. THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN PROMISED, IN A WORKMAN-LIKE MANNER, BY PROFESSIONAL LIKE INDIVIDUALS WHO DID A COMPLETE JOB OF CLEANING UP.
