Estimate, time to completion of work, cleanup were all very good. Price was more than I expected. Final cost was as quoted. Professional and high quality work. Pleased and I would use them again. Supplier was recommended by my insurance agent.

I met with Ron Medley (owner) several times because insurance company wasn't going to pay for full roof. Ron helped deal with insurance adjustor. Bottom line was my very steep, high pitch roof was done in two days - excellent work with 30 year shingles, brand new skylights and new ridge caps for better venting. My roof was 22 years old when it was redone. I would definitely hire Medley Roofing again. Medley Roofing had replaced a neighbor's roof down the street in 2010. Neighbor was very happy. Medley Roofing is not the cheapest but with something that last 25 - 30 years I didn't want the low cost bidder.

Met with the owner Ron several times to get advice on the best materials (very knowledgeable individual, stays up to date with industry training) and to determine the scope of the work before the start of job. Met with Jason and Mike the day the project started and also found them to be very knowledgeable. Crew did an excellent job especially Chris and Matt, very hard working team and they completed the job and additional tasks as promised. Roof looks great and job site was well cleaned upon completion, crew stayed on schedule and completed on time. Will definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quality work in regards to roofing.
Proof of the quality roof installation already has been evident during the 60MPH+ wind storm on 11/17/13 as no shingles came loose on my new roof .

I had my gutters cleaned and the men said that my roof was blistering. So, I called them up and they said that they would call the manufacture of our shingles. First we got a letter saying that we would get a new roof then told us that my roof was not defective enough to be replaced this time and the person that installed this which was from Medley Roofing that they would ask him to have a continuous service on my roof. I called them and said that he's not bound to continue going to my house and monitor to my roof. The owner came out with a representative on the manufacture company and refused the roof replacement. I called them and told them the problem and they helped me. They're very nice people.

Bottom line - Good job and price and Ron is a great guy to work with.
My peeves were with the little things. They could have done a better
job of cleanup after the job and there seemed to be some disconnect
between Ron and his crews as far as communication about job status. I
would use again, though. He was especially patient while we worked through insurance issues.

We haven't paid them yet. They are a very good and excellent company. Ron Medley, the owner is the most courteous man we have ever seen. He came out with a big group of workers and they did the job quickly. We actually had a contract with another company who told us that they wouldn't get to the job until like late November even if their schedule allowed. So we contacted Ron Medley who was referred to us by someone else. Medley Roofing is not the cheapest, but they do a good job. Their quality is excellent, but we want to see if the roof holds up during the rain storm. They were responsive. They even came out on a Sunday to look at a problem that we had raised, but it turned out not to be a problem. A couple of times, due to some unavoidable reasons, they couldn't come on time, but they called. They always let us know when they were going to be late. We couldn't be happier with them.

Medley Roofing came out within 24 hours of request for bid and gave us a Free Estimate of $475 to make Repairs to compromised (leaky) areas on our roof.

Bottom Line: They are extremely knowledgeable and very high integrity. Came to me by way of personal/professional referral from someone I trust and Medley Roofing did not disappoint.

Work was scheduled and completed expeditiously and the final cost was identical to the Estimate for Repairs.

I will definitely call Medley Roofing when it's time to replace my roof. They are Superb...

Medley Roofing did a very good job. They did the job on time, cleaned up after themselves, and I had no issues with materials or workers. I definiitely would recommend them!

Several months ago I contacted Medley Roofing to update an old estimate. I received a prompt response and later discovered it was still much less than a local well known company. Ron was always responsive to answering any questions. The job was scheduled. They arrived on time and promptly began work. Several problem areas cropped up in the structure and required extra wood to secure the roof. This extra wood added quite a bit to the cost, but still was less than the estimate from the local company. Thank goodness I didn't get the local company because of their high estimate and adding extra wood on top of that. By the way, their rates for the extra wood was comparable to Medley. Medley did a very nice job and left the work site very clean.
