Unless we turn off our whole system now it leaks.  I don't know how much it will cost to fix that whole system now that it's broken.  Don't use this company for your irrigation needs.

They were very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

John Arnold and his company had some decent writeups here on the List, so about 2 years ago I decided to hire them to do some repairs on my sprinkler system, and also handle winter and spring service. Things got off to a decent start-his pricing was fair and I liked supporting a local business owner. But things quickly deteriorated, with missed appointments and phone calls not being returned for days at a time. Then I received a notice from County Water that my backflow report was overdue. John never turned it in. I also found out that he was not properly certified to perform the test. Over a period of a year I decided to give him 'one more chance' several times', but finally got tired of having to call 2 and 3 times (or more) to get a job scheduled and finished. I would NOT recommend hiring him for residential service.

They did an excellent job! They were very professional. They did a high quality job and they fulfilled all of my expectations. They are very reliable. They have very good and fair prices. I will probably use them for any other work.

During his busiest times John can be a little hard to catch, but he always returns phone calls. He is hard working and honest, which is not always common these days. The quality of is work is good, and his prices are fair. Very Satisfied and I highly recommend!

He never showed. He also does not return any calls.

John is easy to contact and very professional and nice. His work was done in a timely manor, and his staff is very friendly and played with our dog. They did a great job, and the yard looks wonderful. I would recommend them as their price was below other estimates, and they began the job within a week. John is a man of his word and won't give you the run-around.

JOHN WAS VERY COURTEOUS, AND CALLED WHEN HE WAS RUNNING A FEW(30)MINUTES LATE. COMPLETED WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND HIS PRICE SEEMED TO ME TO BE VERY FAIR. DID TAKE A COUPLE DAYS TO RETURN MY FIRST CALL, BUT IT IS HIS BUSY SEASON.

AFTER WAITING 6 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY, (WHO MISSED THE APPOINTMENT EVEN AFTER I CALLED TWICE!), JOHN CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME, WORKS QUICKLY, DOES A GREAT JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE, AND IS A VERY NICE PERSON AS WELL. HIS COMPANY GETS OUR HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

RESPONSIVE, PROMPTLY TAKES CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS. HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS.

VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. HE OFFERED SOME ADDITIONAL ADVICE ABOUT WORK THAT COULD BE DONE BUT THAT WASN'T IMMEDIATELY NECESSARY. HE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT AND TOOK CARE TO EXPLAIN THINGS ABOUT THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM THAT WERE NEW TO ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

ALWAYS TIMELY AND PROACTIVE IN THE COLD WEATHER SYSTEM SHUT DOWN SEASON. IN THIS INSTANCE, THE QUOTED PRICE WAS FOR WINTERIZING OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS.
