Integrity Roofing and Exteriors

Pricing kept changing throughout  the process.  Labor and materials varied by 25% in less than 30 days.  Even after i signed the final contract at the inflated price, there were more add ons.   While the crew was tearing off the old roof, the project manager asked if i wanted to add drip edge for an additional $527.  He said they would not warranty the work unless i bought the drip edge.  I wanted a warranty so i had to agree.  He had to run out and buy it.  Apparently he didn't buy enough because it didn't get put on about half of the back side. I questioned the project manager to make sure it was installed and he assured me it was.  My insurance co inspected the job and verified it wasn't installed.   They had to come back install it.
The original contract called for a new ridge vent . To insure it worked properly I also had a contract to install baffles in the attic rafters so the soffit vents would not get clogged with insulation.  Once the roof was on, they weren't interested in doing the baffles and asked if i would rather do it myself. Even though i has a contract for this work  I felt like either this is not something they wanted to do or if they didn't do it it would give them a loophole in the future if the roof failed. 
The crew did good work but the processes and practices employed the company are at best less than optimal and at worse misleading.

The work was done correctly and I had no complaints about it. They could not give me a time they would come and I didn't like that I had signed the contract with a lien on my house. That was not mentioned to me prior to getting my bill. I probably will not use them again in the future.
