The job was started in Oct. 2010 and was to be completed in Jan. 2011. He was fired for breach of contract in Jul. 2011 for failure to complete job. I had to hire another contractor to finish. HMC (Allen Coggins) spent from Jan. 2011 to Jul. 2011 barely working on project and and performed shoddy work on the addition (short one foot length, one foot height), addition basement (leaked at sill due to wall/ground height), geothermal HVAC(not installed correctly), wiring (needed to be redone). Allen Coggins ripped me off for an actual ~21k as well as not finishing the job and having to have some work redone.
Description of Work: Allen Coggins company was known as HMC (Home Maintenance and Contracting Inc.). Job was a renovation of a house including addition, porch, kitchen, bathroom, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
