Greg and Kelley were once again great to work with, They are extremely diligent and punctual. I am in the process of completely rehabbing the first floor of my 110 year old home, and had all new drywall installed a few months ago, Greg and Kelley did such a great job on the porcelain tile installation in my kitchen, that I asked them to paint all the rooms as well. They worked around lots of obstacles, and did a great job, as expected. They put 2 coats of paint on, to make sure it looked good. In the end, it turned out great, and I would highly recommend them for any painting work you may have, they are diligent, professional, and reasonably priced, and the work they perform is above all, outstanding.

I was referred to Gand K by the salesperson at Henry Plumbing who ordered the Tile for me through ISC Distributors. She told me that they were very good, and did impeccably precise work. Greg Wells came out to the house exactly on the scheduled date and time. We walked through the project, and discussed several of the options available for tile layout. Greg then submitted a bid via email within 24 hours. The bid was very competitive compared to the 2 other bids I had received from larger companies in town. One bid was $2300 plus I buy the tile, the other was $2150 plus I buy the tile. Gand K's bid was $1375, and I buy the tile. I trusted the salesperson, and went with my gut instinct that I would get a superior floor out of any of the 3 bids, so I chose Gand K to do the work.

The tile took 2 weeks to arrive, and we scheduled the work to begin on 9/15. The surface had already been prepared, as the house is 110 years old, I had already removed all 3 floors that were on it, and took it down to the original wood plank flooring installed when the house was new. I also took the extra time to screw each plank down to the joists to eliminate any movement of the flooring. Greg and his wife Kelley (the K in Gand K) showed up with all of their equipment at exactly 8:00 on 9/15, as scheduled, and as promised. They immediately began to check for any nails or loose boards, and began to prep the floor for the Cement backerboard. They completed the installation of the cememnt backerboard and some of the tile the first day, on day 2, they installed the remaining Porcelain tiles, with Kelley meticulously placing each one with great care.Greg did the cutting of the tiles that needed to be cut, and Kelley placed them afterward. They came back Monday, applied the grout (which I had purchased), and applied a sealer to the grout afterwards. Once the sealer had penetrated the grout, they wiped it clean.

I highly recommend this contractor for a number of reasons, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. They bid the job like they wanted to do it. ( I believe the others didn't need the work), and their crafsmanship and work ethic were outstanding. They did such a good job, I asked them to give me a bid on several other projects i'm considering.
