Bad, they only went 1-2 foot into the vent hole in the wall when supposedly cleaning the duct work. They didn't clean anything but the vent hole nothing else. I had as much if not more dust coming out of the vents after they were done. Tried calling but no call back from the company so I just gave up

I was so impressed with the service provided by Dryer Vent Solutions. They were able to come out the day after I called them and arrived well withing the time frame given. The 2 men that did the work could not have been more efficient or kinder. They were also really great with our dog, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

I live in a condo community in Chesterfield. Per request from residents, our management company contacted George Jackson at this company. Expecting several requests for vent cleaning, the company agreed to what I would call a "group rate". Once several acceptable dates were determined, anyone interested could contact this company directly to schedule an appointment on those dates. We then paid individually directly to the company upon completion. The men arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant and experienced. I was very comfortable with them in my home and would recommend and use them again.

The service went really well. I paid an additional fee to have some additional ducts serviced. They cleaned about 22 vents. I was not home while they did the service but I believe 2-3 technicians came out. I was pleased with the outcome of their work. The staff did a good job and were contentious of keeping things clean. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

We live in a villa/condo community with common wall neighbors so having a dirty dryer vent not only impacts our safety, but our neighbors' as well. I inquired about getting a multi party discount if the neighbors bundled their appointments. The owner, George, offered us tiered discounts--the more residents that committed to his service, the greater the discount. After sending out an email blast, we had over 10 homes committed. George set one day a week aside for our neighborhood & everyone then scheduled directly with him. Andy & Dave arrived on time, were professional, friendly, polite, and thorough. My 35 ft. long vent was cleaned in about 30 minutes & Andy also replaced the connecting piece leading out of the dryer as it was too long & therefore looped too much. He also told me how to tell when it is time to get it cleaned again--time a similar load of towels & when the load takes 5-10 minutes longer then it initially did, it is time to call them!
