AFTER RECEIVING SEVERAL QUOTES FROM DIFFERENT LOCKSMITHS RATED ON ANGIE'S LIST, GREG WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK THE NEXT DAY AND WAS ONE OF THE LOWER QUOTES. THEY ALSO DID NOT MENTION A SERVICE CALL FEE. IT TOOK HIM 2 HOURS TO COMPLETE THIS WORK. WE WERE WORRIED HE WOULD CHARGE US MORE, BECAUSE IT TOOK HIM SO LONG. HE CHARGED US A SERVICE FEE, WHICH WE DID NOT EXPECT AND REPLACED A RIM CYLINDER. HE DID NOT MENTION THE COST TO REPLACE THE RIM CYLINDER WHEN HE WAS DOING THE WORK.(WE MIGHT HAVE DECIDED TO INSTALL A NEW DEADBOLT LOCK INSTEAD). ALTHOUGH THE PROJECT WAS STILL RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE, WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM, BECAUSE OF THEIR MISLEADING QUOTE AND OVERALL WORK.
