I have been using them for years. always very good and knowledgeable. Caren always tries to work with you on appointments She is knowledgeable and helpful too. They are a really good company. They are professional.

The technician was very nice and seemed genuine.  He assured me the furnace would be alright for the time being, and I could call him as needed in the future.  I definitely will be calling him in the future.

I really like them, they are great. The guy I had was wonderful. I had him 3 times, our top was broken, and it was getting into the holidays, and it was getting late into the day, but he managed to fix it anyway. I thought the price was reasonable, but I don't have much to compare it to.

My dad was here at the time and he works in air conditioning. I had no problems with them.  It was fairly cheap.  They wouldn't accept a cheque. They had to have cash. That was kind of a mess.  The quality of work was good. They were good.

I have been using Controlled heating and cooling for almost 15 years.   When Don came out  and  I discussed everything with him which I wanted it was a done deal.  After the job was completed i was informed I qualified for a rebate of $150.
I found the installers to be professional on this job.  They had been here before on other maintaince and the experiences have been good.

The replacement of furnace and a/c involved lots of work, and all done professionally, quickly, reasonably priced.  They were able to work within the problems presented by a home of this age.  For the service call for my neighbor's home, they responded quickly and were able to suggest a repair at minimal cost.

We called Controlled Heating and AC because they were recommeded to us by a relative. They were very prompt and professional in giving us a bid. They explained everything and we trusted their recommendation on which AC/Furnace to purchase. The price was better than we expected and $3000 less than another company that gave us a bid. The installation went well and the workmen were careful to use protective floor coverings. They left everything clean and orderly. When we had the furnace inspected by Creve Coeur, they found two small things that needed to be changed. A technician came and noted the changes and we are now waiting for those to occur, which we are assured they will.

I went into my basement Saturday evening and found water running all over my floor from my a/c unit.  I called Controlled Heating and A/C and left an emergency message.  Marty called me a lot sooner than I expected and gave me support and advice over the phone.  We arranged for him to come by on SUNDAY if needed.  I arranged for him to come on Sunday, SUNDAY.  He arrived once again earlier than I expected and was courteous, professional and fixed my problem quickly and affordably.  He also checked a few other items with the a/c and unit before he left. He noticed a tiny crack in a belt on my unit and although belt was an odd size, he had one on his truck.   Marty was my hero that day.  I highly recommend Controlled Heating and Air Conditioning and will never use anyone else.   Janice

We use them twice a year, they do maintenance for us. They do a nice job with that. We recommend them to others. They charge a yearly fee; they come in spring and in the winter. They are very reliable. He’s somebody I’m not afraid to have in my house. I would rate them highly across the board. I would continue to use them in future.

The first representative they sent to do the bid decided he wasn't qualified because the house is older and there were so many options, so he wanted Marty to come out and put together the bid himself. Marty came by about a week later; he was very professional and knowledgeable, including working in older homes. His bid was quite reasonable. The technicians who completed the job were clean, professional, and courteous. Their phone staff was polite and efficient as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I called about 2 hours ago and t hey sent a man out right away and he fixed the unit and he knew what he was doing. It is an old AC and I thought they would say I needed a new one, but he fixed it and it is working great.

These guys are real pros for radiant heat snow melting systems. They had not done the original installation, but they were able to diagnose the problems and do a comprehensive upgrade of the system. System works great after their work. Very friendly service team. We have used them for other heating and A/C work, and everything they do is first rate.
