It went perfectly. First of all, Chris Runge could not be nicer or more professional. We had water damage first from the ice storm and then when our second floor toilet overflowed and ran for three hours while we were away. The ceiling in the den was damaged, as were the walls right below the ceiling. He went above and beyond the call. He not only repaired the ceiling, as commissioned, but also addressed the problems on the walls. The result is perfect.
Upstairs, we had him repaint the bedroom which was no small feat since our ceiling comes to a five-pointed star. Again, there was damage to the walls that had to be repaired before it could be painted. The result was flawless. You would have never know there was a problem anywhere.
I would hire him, and his crew, again in a New York minute.
