They removed the old unit and replaced it with new unit. They were quick and efficient. They also lubricated the runners and replaced a missing screw in one of the runners. I would recommend them highly.

We called him late on a Sunday evening. While they could not come out first thing the next morning. They were able to sqeeze us into their appointments for the following day. They did a very good job for a very good price.
