Worst experience ever. The tear off of the gutters/soffit/fascia is going to cost me big time to find a contractor to restore/replace what is gone. Despite promises to at least tarp the roof, even that was not complete and bare wood was left exposed (some tarped over, some roll underlayment done, and maybe 25% fully re-roofed. I do know of two other customers that were left in even worse shape, including my next door neighbor.
Description of Work: Contract was for soffit/fascia/gutter and roof work. Bid was $17,625. BEWARE of this person. Tear up part of work was done, including removal of historic gutters & framework and 1 section of roof removed and partially re-roofed. One of his crew showed up on a Thursday morning with "bad news" that Ben could not meet payroll and was putting the company out of business.
