They installed a direct-vent gas fireplace insert into our existing wood-burning fireplace. They were very friendly and helpful when we were shopping for a gas fireplace, and helped us understand all the options and find one that worked well for us. Installation was done very professionally and quickly, and they coordinated all the various workers that needed to do the different parts, and the permits and inspections. It was all done in one day, and it looks and works great!

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] is correct. There was an error on the picture for this part online. The return label we sent was not getting through to his email (possibly junk/spam filter). After being told of this we emailed it from a different email address and he did receive. The part was returned to us and he did receive a refund. Sorry for this inconvenience."

Good. Got an estimate for a basic install, plus additional options. Went with the best option (stainless steel) plus added the chase cover vent. The work was done, and then got a call back from them that they put the wrong chase cover, and didn't replace the vent, so they are coming back to fix that. I appreciate the call and the integrity.

This work was done around 10 years ago so I do not remember what we paid for the work.  What I DO remember is that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.  We are now thinking about purchasing an insert to maximize heat efficiency.  We will not be shopping around as we did 10 years ago.

They gave me a very good deal. They knew my late husband, but they certainly didn’t do it for free. The job went great. I thought it was going to be a really big deal and a lot of mess. I wanted it done, and I was anticipating a big mess but it was extremely simply. They came quickly after I went in their showroom and came when they said they would. It was done in part of a day, it didn’t take all day. It was the best thing I ever did.
