Arch Exteriors

After the new year I contacted four companies to solicit bids to have the above work done on my home. Almost all of the companies took approximately a week or two to return my phone calls, except Time Kapellar with  Arch Exteriors who called me back the same evening. All of the other companies either had difficulties answering my questions regarding their products and services, or did not use the products I wanted, or gave me vague bids which did not specify how the work would be performed, except Arch Exteriors, who went to great lengths to explain his product, service, and provide a detailed bid based upon my wants and needs. The work was scheduled in a timely manner, his communication was awesome,  and the work was completed when he said it would be, even during the fowl weather we had towards the end of January and beginning of March. Tim's attention to detail was meticulous, it was almost as if he could read my mind and answer questions before I even asked. He was clean, neat and professional; a real craftsman who takes pride in his work; for that I highly recommend Arch Exteriors.

He was wonderful and he complied with all of my requests. He was so nice about completing the job the way that I thought it should be completed. He was efficient and got the entire project done in a timely manner. The price was a bargain!
