Jim arrived on time took down my old door and rails, installed new rails and door in a very professional manner. He was very careful not to hit anything with the door panels as he maneuvered them into place. As he was installing the new door panels, he saw that two of them were not fitting together as they should. He called his supplier to reorder new panels. He was back in 48 hours to install replacement panels (no extra charge, I was told the supplier covered the cost). I watched him dismantle the old door and install the new one, he answered all of my questions and explained why he was doing things the way he did. I was very happy with his work and would use him again.

This is a small company, so sometimes lacking in follow up and communication. I had to contact him several times to confirm the appointment, and he didn't provide a written estimate or any product literature. Having said that, I am extremely happy with the quality of the opener (especially how quiet it is) and feel that I got it at a reasonable price. I would use All About Garage Doors again.

Jim was a very nice person. Polite and good spirited. I could tell immediately that he took pride in his work! Each brace and rail was installed with precision and the door operated effortlessly. He also didn't nickel and dime me with extra parts. He was very clear about what was included in his price, so there were no surprises. As a courtesy, he took a quick look at my existing doors and showed me some defective rollers. I bought the replacement rollers from Jim, saving me a trip to the hardware store and he told me how to safely install them. While he was there, he also adjusted the springs on my existing door so my opener wouldn't work so hard. I will definitely call Jim if my other doors need replacement or service.
