Leak recurred and we set an appointment for subcontractor to look at the problem. After waiting 1 1/2 hours we had to leave and phoned to reschedule. Very difficult to schedule work with. We had to phone back the next day and were told it would be between 3-5 and asked to be phoned when he was on the way to meet subcontractor at the house. No call, no show. We phoned at 6:30 and were told that no appointment was made by an argumentative, rude man who hung up on us twice. We will have to find another company to fix this.
