General Remodeling
This contractor worked on numerous homes on our block that had the same water leak issue from a second floor balcony back in May of 2012. Recently, a small issue arose with the repair that was done back in May. I attempted to contact the owner, Tony, to see if he could come out and look at the repair to address the situation. After calling multiple days in a row, Tony always responded, "I'm busy, call me tomorrow and remind me." Finally, after refusing to be his reminder service, he committed to coming out at noon on Tuesday, but first arguing that "I never guaranteed my work." He no-showed Tuesday. I called again on Wednesday morning and he said he would come at 1:30 Wednesday. He no-showed again.
