A-1 QUALITY CARPET CLEANING

There was a special for ninety-seven dollars for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I may have spent thirty or forty dollars more for an extra thing they do to the carpet to keep the dirt from getting in. It was not in a room where there was a lot of furniture. Mostly they did the stairs that was why I called them and also a den area and I was going to move a table but he insisted that he would that. They did move whatever furniture that had to be moved. He had a heavy accent that it was hard understanding him sometimes but he was particularly nice and after he suggested he will clean the area rug which is still new since we just got it last year, I was hesitant but he assured me that he knew what he was doing and so I let him do it. Also he cleaned a little a rug that was at the service stairs, one that you would put at a door. He cleaned that for free. Everything was fine except at the end he got a call and apparently I do not know if it was a trouble call, he had to go and redo something so he kind of left in a hurry and there were water spots because they dragged the equipment in through the door and so our main floor at the living room is tile, there were still water spots down there and I had to get up and I thought he should have taken care of that. I used him last year in January and that was why I called them back because our rugs were really dirty. There were a lot of spots. This time it was not as dirty as far as obvious spots but I felt like this time, it did not look quite as clean as it did before. It just did not seem like it was bright and clean and I consider having them come back out because they give you a thirty-day period in which you can call them back but I did not; that was the only thing because it still looked a little dingy. The new area rug came out fine. He was on time. I was the last client and I was kind of worried he cannot get here on time. I will not use them in the future. I will try somebody else next time.
