The company was referred to us by a family member that had to use them twice before. For our move, Kevin, Brian, Dominic, and Brandon did a phenomenal job. They moved heavy and fragile items with care. The items were well wrapped and delivered safely. They were patient and made sure everything was put in the correct spot. They were very efficient and effective. they were professional, friendly, and kind.

Dillon & Dwayne were rock stars. I have all mirrored glass furniture & they wrapped everything very carefully. There was no damage whatsoever. These guys came through for me on short notice. Mike was great to work with getting my move setup & scheduled even providing special packing tips. Pricing was competitive & reasonable.

This crew (Kevin, Will, and Travis) was absolutely awesome. They got the work done in four hours, despite rain and a thunderstorm. They wrapped my furniture in plastic to protect it, and didn't damage a thing. I highly recommend this company and crew.

We had to move my father with only 2 days notice. ABC took care of us. They were professional, prompt, friendly and thorough. Bradly and Andrew were our movers and they did a fantastic job. We have worked with ABC several times in the past and will always continue to recommend them. Can't thank them enough for making the move process go so smoothly!

Had Kevin and Tim pack on Monday. they returned with Dave on Wednesday and moved me to a new home. took great care with all of my belongings. very careful when carrying in furniture to not damage walls or furniture. very please and would highly recommend them. I have used them before and would again.

Terrible. The contract states they would protect my floors and yet nothing was put down and mud/dirt was tracked onto brand new carpeting. A member of the moving team sexually assaulted me during the move by pulling me to a room out of view of others and trying to kiss me without permission, grabbing my butt, inappropriate comments, and more.

I have to admit, I was not looking forward to moving. Dave and Cody were my movers and really put my mind at ease. I didn’t feel pressured or stressed and they took care of everything for me. They were punctual, thorough, and efficient. Let’s face it, if my dad liked them they’re probably good at what they do ?. Prices were affordable and they took good care of my things during transit. ABC Moving Company was excellent and quick! Kevin, Brett, Tim, Andrew, and Will moved all of my furniture quickly and efficiently, all with a smile on their faces! They were fun and helpful and went above and beyond before they knew I would give them a good tip! This is the second time I have use this moving company and would highly recommend them to anyone!

My whole experience with ABC Quality Moving and Storage was wonderful! The office was friendly and very accommodating, and the quote was spot on. On the day of the move, Dustin and Will showed up on time, and were professional and friendly, as well. They loaded the truck quickly, while still taking the time to protect my furniture so it didn't get damaged in the move across town. They unloaded the truck even faster, and everything arrived in the same condition as it was before the move. They made sure to put every item in the room I requested, which made unpacking a breeze. I would highly recommend ABC Quality Moving and Storage, and try to request Dustin and Will if you can!

There are so many horror stories about movers. Selection of a mover is, at best, a somewhat informed crapshoot. I am here to tell you that ABC Quality Moving in St. Louis MO is fantastic. After all of the horror stories of companies changing their prices and damaging property, I found a diamond. ABC Quality Moving in St Louis, in the form of supervisor Kevin W, Bradley, Dave W, Tyler and Walt, are amazing. They showed up to my home with extra help that I didn't need to pay for. I paid for a four-man crew and 5 people showed up, and they were fantastic. They moved some of the heaviest furniture known to man and did so with a smile on their face. While the office personnel (Debbie) was annoyingly honest, and she said they could not guarantee a price because they can't guarantee how much time it will take. While all that worried me, it should not have. It was spot on the price that they quoted me. Sje put up with my phone calls, fretting and OCD like perseverance of the selection process. The price was not the cheapest one I found in town, but it was good. It is the quote I felt the most comfortable with. Ask for Debbie and she will shot you straight. Tell her John P. told you to call. The team of Kevin W, Bradley, Walt, Dave W and Tyler were amazing. They were fast, did not dilly-dally, wrapped and protected everything. They gave me a sense of ease from the moment they arrived. I bought pizza for lunch and they went off the clock while they ate. I could not have asked for a better team. If you are looking to move, this is the company to use and this is the team to ask for. Thank you so much. I could not have asked for better help in the move.

Office staff very courteous and Kevin, Duane, Tim and Riley were the best! They too were courteous and worked quickly to complete the move. They were careful not to scrape the walls and nothing was damaged during the move. Would highly recommend them.

ABC Quality Moving did a great job for our entire move. We had a great crew who packed up our trucks that I wrote a previous review on. Dustin, Daniel, Tyler, Riley, Austin, Walt, and Brett did a fantastic job on day 2 of the move and unloading the truck. They were quick and efficient and didn't mind making adjustments as we thought about how to lay out the new home. I would highly recommend ABC Quality Moving for your move.

ABC Quality Moving is honestly the best! My husband & I just used them for a second time (after our first experience ABC was the obvious choice). Dustin, Dave W. & Riley were friendly, careful & extremely hard working. Not only were they experts at safely loading & moving our belongings, they worked swiftly to get the job done as quickly as possible. We really appreciated that as we just wanted to get settled in our new home rather than be moving an entire day. ABC is highly recommended & thank you to the guys for the phenomenal job done!

Kevin W and Jake were great! Under less than ideal circumstances -during Covid-19 and moving in and out of senior facilities with tight restrictions- they took it all in stride and were easy to work with. I also can't say enough good things about Elena (sp?) in the office. Due to Covid, we needed several adjustments to the way things normally work with movers. Elena went the extra mile to make everything work for us. They were the only moving company we found that was willing to make the adjustments that were need. We were very grateful for their help in making this difficult move!

All 3 of our movers Kevin W, Tim, and Dominic were fantastic and efficient. They treated our belongings as if they were their own and made a stressful moving process way less stressful. We love that they've been with the company for so long, it says a lot about the company. They arrived on time and got to work immediately asking for a tour of everything that had to be loaded up. Upon arrival at the destination, they quickly unloaded the truck putting our belongings in whichever room we preferred which will make unpacking that much easier! Hopefully we won't be moving for a good long while, but would definitely hire again if the need ever arose. Also received a confirmation call from the company a week out and the day before which was appreciated.
