+ -1 moreAfter first having the system installed, they came out 10-15 times to make sure we knew how to run it. He definitely did not have to do that, but he did. He visited us again to help us replace the filter and made sure that we both understood how to do it. He was very polite and professional and went that extra mile.
Description of Work: They came out to hook up the heating and air in our new house. He even came out again a few months later to help us replace the filter and show us how to do it ourselves.
