About us

I am the owner and operating manager of this business. The majority of work is done by myself, with two other part time emplyees. We have a combined total of 47 years of experiance. Our specialty is deck restoration. I offer a 5% senior discount, along with a 5% CASH discount for labor. No money is EVER expected upfront. Referance lists are available upon request.

Services we offer

I offer a complete house washing service which includes removing dirt and mold from vinyl, and all other types of siding. Windows, and doors are always included with this service. I also clean (pressure wash) wood and composite decks, and outdoor playgrounds, and some indoor structures., and stain and or seal them I also wash just about any other outdoor, fences, gutter facings

He started the job and did a great job on what he did complete. He left all of the dormers and the eve (all of the high parts) and called to ask for more money before the job was over to pay his employees (not according to the contract I signed with him). He said he only had 2 days left to finish job so I said to finish job and I would pay him in full according to his contract that he had me sign. He gathered up all of his supplies while I was gone to work and sent me a text that he left with (supposed) medical problems and he would return to work when they were lined out. Would not return call with approx time to finish job. Received text stating he would be back to work in 2-3 weeks. Finally received another text a month later stating that he will not be returning to complete job that he no longer can do physical activity due to health issues. I wish the outcome was different, but unfortunately I am left with an incomplete job.
