"I'm sorry you were unhappy with our customer service. Been married for 29 years and still have a hard time keeping him organized and contained. All kidding aside, We will try to make your next experience a far better one. Thank you for your review and i hope that the trenching does the trick, but unfortunately there are no guarantees when it comes to oakwilt, however it does have a proven record that we have seen from past customers. Here at Mack Tree we love the trees as much as you do. We only sell services that we know that work, That is why we don't sell or advertise all the hocus pocus juices so many other companies sell."

"I don't believe this customer is giving a true and accurate account of the work performed on their property. The customers wife called numerous times to let me know she wanted the pine tree removed and not to forget it. When I would pull her slip and go over it with her and explain the trees were marked on map on estimate slip as well each tree by name was written down in Colum as to what service we were providing per tree ( We each had a copy of the slip). She would continue to insist that the pine tree was involved in the estimate. Even though I had the original slip in front of me. I would explain, Dan would be happy to give her a price on that tree and if she wanted to added it , that we would be happy to do it. She was not at all happy with that she wanted it included in the price of the job she had hired us to do. quiet often we will do some tree work for free for a client when we are already on their property but this tree was far larger and would take far more time. This is the tree she now claims had a broken branch on it. As far as the clean up, the yard was raked and all brush hauled to back pasture as requested and put in a pile. We were hired to move all logs from cotton wood ( the tree we were hired to do base was as wide as a pickup truck) to back pasture as well. At customers request we were to leave logs in front yard where they laid so she could list it on Craig's list to sell as fire wood if someone was interested in cutting up and hauling away. We were told to leave logs where they were, therefore no we did not rake under logs and after people came out to cut up large cotton wood logs I'm sure there was debri from bark and saw dust along with what ever twigs were under the large trunks and branches. That can not be helped when we were asked to leave logs where they lay. During this entire process we had numerous phone calls per day from his wife and did not speak at all to her husband. We were warned by people driving by that we would be lucky to get paid and if we did it most likely would not be the full amount. By this time we were to far into the job. I'm happy to report the customer did pay us in full but never made us aware she was unhappy until I seen the review on Angie's List January 2013(2 years after the job completion).
