Chuck arrived on time and inspected the attic, roof, and window.  He presented us with a folder with copies of his business license, insurance rider, and release forms if we were processing an insurance claim.  He took photos of the attic so that we could see what needed to be addressed, and he discussed two options which could be done.  Chuck is very knowledgeable about attic ventilation, and he could assess the problem to suggest a solution.  We selected an option with his input, and he had a proposal to us within 3 days.  He scheduled the work according to when the weather would permit, and his sub-contractors were all punctual and professional.  The attic work was delayed until the weather cooled down, so that the workers could tolerate the temperature in the attic.  The entire project was completed in a very competent manner.  
I would highly recommend Chuck and his company.  Our experience was excellent, and we will use him again for exterior projects on our home.

Working with Lowe's Contracting Inc was great. From the time I got a quote to the time the job was complete, Chuck and his workers were easy to work with and they did their job excellently. Chuck was upfront about all the costs associated with the job, in my case a new roof. He also explained the process and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I was very impressed with how hard the crew worked on the roof and the job was done right and backed by their warranty. I was on a tight budget but didn't want to sacrifice quality, so after looking as 6 reputable roofing/construction companies, I felt very confident moving forward with Lowe's Contracting because of their competitive pricing, quality product, and chuck was enjoyable to work with. I would definitely recommend Lowe's to others and already have.

The entire job went extremely well.

After receiving 4 bids we decided to go with Lowes Contracting. Chucks price wasn't the lowest, but I am always skeptical of the "to low" price and he wasn't the highest by far. The lower price used shingles I had never heard of and when I googled them, the reviews scared me.
Our  origional roofing was an organic shingle made by Certainteed which was defective and involved in a class action lawsuit. Chuck provided a detailed drawing of our roof to submit and showed us what else we needed to do in order to try and recoup some money from Certainteed. That process is still in the works but I'm sure it won't be much.
The night we met with Chuck to pick out the shingles, he explained the schedule and what to expect. From the delivery of the dumpster, permits, material delivery, and installation, everything went exactly as discussed. The installers were very polite and diligent in their work. Each night the area around the house was cleaned and re-checked for nails.
When the job was complete, the dumpster and extra material was removed the very next day. Chuck came out and did a walk through inspection on his own and asked for any input we may have but all we could say was "well done".
