+ -1 moreI can't recommend Dan and Integrity Home Projects highly enough. Dan is extremely efficient and knows how to get things done. We've used IHP for mostly small projects, but the fixes have made a huge difference. Our 2 yr-old daughter can now open and close her own door which had started to stick terribly due to the settling of the home. He was able to recycle some old siding that was stored in our garage from a previous whole-home residing so that new material did not have to be purchased. We are definitely going to use IHP in the future for projects both large and small.
Description of Work: Two interior doors that didn't latch properly were repaired. Three areas of siding that had either become loose or damaged were also repaired.

+ 0 moreWe could not be anymore thrilled with the final outcome. The project went great. I was especially pleased with the time spent and attention to detail during the design phase of the project. Dan and Brian did an excellent job helping us stay within our budget. Anytime I had a question or concern they responded quickly and thoroughly. Additionally, I felt very comfortable with the contractors that were in my home. They were professional and did a good job keeping the work area clean. I appreciated this since I have a family and had to keep cooking, etc. in the house while the project was proceeding. Dan and Brian are very customer focused. After the project was completed and the final payment had been made, we had an issue with a split cutting board. Dan and Brian went above and beyond to remedy the issue and get us a new cutting board. I feel that Integrity Home Projects is a great name for their company. They don’t just talk the talk. They also walk the walk. I am so happy to have found Integrity Home Projects and look forward to more projects with them in the future.
Description of Work: We hired Integrity Home Projects to do a complete kitchen and family room remodel project. The general scope of this project included the following: 1. Demoed our existing kitchen and family room (removed old cabinetry, carpet, wallpaper, moved or disposed of appliances) 2. Converted our cooking source from electric to gas 3. Replaced our electrical panel 4. Added receptacles for new lights in the kitchen, including fixtures, over cabinet lighting, and under cabinet lighting 5. Added canned lights in the family room 6. Added new Ethernet/Stereo connections in the family room 7. After the rough in was completed, drywalled several areas in the kitchen and family room 8. Worked with us extensively to design new custom kitchen and family room cabinetry 9. Installed new custom cabinetry and countertops 10. Installed new kitchen appliances 11. Worked with us to select and install new sinks and faucets 12. Hung new lighting fixtures 13. Painted both the kitchen and family room areas 14. Installed new carpet in the family room 15. Installed new fireplace mantel and front 16. Created and installed a custom banister/railing between the kitchen and family room

+ -1 moreIHP gave us a detailed plan, and when the plan needed adjusting they told us right away. They told us what time they would arrive each day and when they were going to be late, they called in advance. These guys really were top notch professionals. When I told him about a scratch I thought was put on a piece of furniture by one of the contractors, they didn't flinch. They told me to have it fixed and send them the bill. They were very responsive to follow up issues and were really a joy to have around. We are planning to have them finish our basements as well.
