After hitting a deer, my sister Cathie's van hood was dented so badly it could not be opened. The grill work on the front was also cracked and broken. Trying to be thrifty, she had purchased a used hood from a nearby dealer and went to this provider with the hood. He gave her an estimate and she left him her van and the used hood. He provided a free loaner vehicle! Shortly thereafter he called her and told me that the hood she had purchased was poor quality and asked how much she had paid for it. She told him and he said he could replace the hood with a new one for the same price. He even called the dealer that had sold her the poor quality hood and arranged for her to get her money back. He did all this for $30 less than his original estimate. The van looks like new. Plus, when she brought him the van, it was road dirty and when she picked it up, he had washed it. Rod was professional, honest and in her opinion more than fair. She was thrilled.
