Tech showed up late, did not call said he got lost. Did not bring new part said I should wait till loud motor quit working. I asked for a price on a new one installed. He said office would call me with a price. I called back after two weeks of not hearing. Office said they would get back to me. I called back the next day and got their answer machine. Later that day I got a return call with a price that seemed to high. I called another HVAC company and got a cheaper price and they came right out and did the job.

They were excellent all the way. They are fast, straight forward and reasonably priced. I will use them again.

Very good. He was booked out far but went out of his way to stop to my house on a Saturday to get my furnace connected and working. I highly recommend him to others.

Very responsive. This is the second time I've hired Hilliard Heating & Cooling after finding them on Angie's List. In this case we had a vacant property for sale with an open house scheduled. We opened the property up on Sunday and realized the A/C was not working. I called Hilliard and Greg, the owner, answered right away. He sent someone out that same day to fix the problem. Bill from their office came out and was able to identify and repair the problem very quickly, and the A/C was up and working in no time. I would recommend this company.

They came and connected everything up, but forgot to install the microwave. They came back and installed it, but it was crooked. I mentioned this to them and they were to come back and fix it, but they have not returned. They have had at least a month and a half and we haven't seen them.
