I have hired Custom Enterprises and Dustin Poseley to repair wind and hail damage on my home. Even though the wind and hail damage to the house was evident, insurance company wanted to approve just minor repairs with very little funds. Dustin was very professional and thorough dealing with insurance adjusters. He met with multiple representatives of insurance company and city inspectors on three different occasions. Dustin had an impeccable documentation and reasoning for needs of more coverage from insurance company due to damage to the property from wind and hail. Dustin also exhibited extensive and useful knowledge of current building codes. Since the house is 15 years old - many siding and roofing codes had changed. After approving all the necessary funding from insurance company, Custom Enterprises has done excellent and timely work to repair our roof, siding and gutters. Materials came in in correct colors. Workers were professional and mindful of nearby plants. The work was done according to a time schedule set beforehand. Job was done completely and to the highest quality. After work was done, the yard was cleaned off construction debris and bits of materials. Dustin even uncovered and repaired leaks - to be sure that house will be water tight. During the whole process Dustin stay in continuous communications - always available either by phone or text. He is very friendly and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Dustin Poseley and Custom Enterprises as an excellent choice for roofing, siding and gutters!!!

Everything went very well. Dustin was on site serving as project manager. The crew was professional, expedient and did all the cleanup. The new windows have served me very well for 8 plus years and I believe they will last me for my lifetime. The metal wrapping around the windows is pefect and has been totally maintenance free for me. The job was fulfilled as contract stated and I have zero complaints and only praise for this company! I was happy to see they were now part of Angie's List.

He was a great guy. When there was a crew at our house, he personally came out and made sure that everything was fine. On the days that the painter had to come out to our house and I couldn't get time off from work, he came and sat at my home. It was just phenomenal. We had bubbles in the paint job and stuff like that too, and he was always there and organized that. At that point in the job, he was not making any money. He was not even paid. He was amazing. They were very professional, and very, very committed. I'm sure my husband understood way more than I did but he did not make me feel dumb. He made sure that I understood and answered all my questions. My insurance agent kind of figured he was working for you, and I never felt like that. I honestly think that if Dustin wouldn't have been there going to bat for us, things would have been completely different. He did his job very seriously and knew his business well. He also knew cement business well. I would have never known that. I liked his knowledge and skill. I will absolutely use them again.
