AM Plumbing Inc

It went excellent.  They are by far the best plumber I've ever worked with.  They are reliable, knowledgeable, and punctual.  They left the area clean.

It went very well. I went the Ranai web site to look for someone to install a water heater. They sent me information about two different plumbers who installed their products and Tony Mansfield, the owner of AM Plumbing, Inc. was the only plumber to respond. He came out and gave me an estimate, which was a bit higher than I expected (I believe this was due to the fact that the direct outside venting needs special pipes built by Ranai). I took a couple of weeks to think about it, but in the end I decided the lure of endless hot water and less expensive gas bills, along with the expected 20 year life, brought me to a decision.

I called Tony, he ordered the part and told me he would be out at the end of the week. On Wednesday he called back and said he had a cancelation and he offered to come over and install it on that day. He showed up later than he told me, he got hung up on a job, but when he came he installed the new tankless heater quickly and perfectly the first time. He then went over how to clean it once a year and how to adjust the temperature. He was at my house for about four hours. When he left my old water heater was gone and the new one was installed on the wall and I had a lot more room in my furnace room.

As an added bonus Tony cleaned up the Furnace room and it looked fantastic when they were done. Tony is a great guy and he knows what he is doing. He had to go take a special class from Ranai in order to learn how to install the water heater. I have been very, very happy with how the new unit performs. We now have hot water when we need it, we can take two showers and do laundry at the same time, and we never run out of hot water. I am not sure what the gas bill looks like yet.
