Easy to get an appointment, day of appointment within time range scheduled, the service man gave me a call to let me know he was on his way and was about 30 mins away. He showed up, asked me some questions, did his diagnosis to see if there were any issues, did the cleaning/tune up to my AC. Was very polite, professional, and explained in detail but not to much detail so I could understand what he was doing. AC has never worked this good ever in the 12years I have lived in this home. Billed amount was as quoted on his diagnostic on the front end. Was very pleased with the service and highly recommend this company. Thank you Allpro
