While the end result is fine, the stress of dealing with this contractor was AWFUL. We had to stay on top of every detail of this project from start to finish. It was incredibly frustrating, as responsiveness and timeliness was terrible. In addition, the project ran way over the target and practical completion time. Also, he had no control over his subs, and some of them vanished off the project leaving everyone in the lurch. I would never recommend this contractor in the future. The reasonable price is not worth the unreasonable stress!

GREAT PRICE, INCREDIBLE OPEN FLOOR PLANS (STILL GETTING COMPLIMENTS ON HOME), HALF OF CONTRACTORS USED ARE FABULOUS, MEETS SCHEDULE, NICE, DECENT GUY, AND HAS GREAT IDEAS IF YOU NEED HELP PUTTING THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THINGS. HOWEVER, VERY UNORGANIZED, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE INSTANT DECISIONS (THAT'S WHAT KEEPS HIM ON SCHEDULE), AND THE ELECTRICIAN, PLUMBER AND CONCRETE CONTRACTORS NEED TO BE CHECKED ON FREQUENTLY FOR MISTAKES (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR).
