CORDIE CONSTRUCTION

We learned about Cordie Construction from a flyer that he passed out around the neighborhood. We had about 10 companies bid on our job (most of them ''A'' or ''B'' Angie's List companies), but we ended up going with Cordie Construction for a couple reasons. First, Don was very genuine and interested in our complete satisfaction with the job. He was also friendly, open, and honest. You could tell he was a hard worker. Lastly, his price was right, and we were able to negotiate in having his crew remove and replace 2 sliding glass doors as part of the job (we left out some unnecessary gutters to help offset the costs). The process went very smooth, final clean-up was great, and the final outcome was a brand new looking house! The only issue was a minor mix-up with the location of a downspout, and while Don was prepared to rip the section down and start over (without any added costs), we decided it wouldn't have been worth the time and effort and left it as is.
