Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This isn't a local company; it's a national chain.  I have a car that needs the synthetic oil, so I have to use the expensive stuff.  So I can't get by with a $20 oil change; I've gotta use the other stuff, sadly.   Sometimes there's a long wait because it's so busy, but other times I can get in and out really quick and it's really good.  I'm going off a couple different visits; it depends on how busy they are.  Sometimes there's a wait, sometimes there's not.  They're very thorough and they know what they're doing and everything seems fine.  The price itself, I don't like the price but I'm stuck with it.  I'm stuck under circumstance that the price is high.  But they do have discounts.  Once in a while I get a $10 coupon or a $12 coupon and they have online stuff that they email me that I can use as a coupon and discount the price a little bit.  For quality I'd say an A; they're good.  They just do their stuff and they do it well.  They let me know if stuff needs to be done and they do a thorough check of my car.  They let me know if I need something and I say yes or no.
