We had Shaun at Twin City Shelves build custom pull outs for our kitchen. They are still beautiful and functioning perfectly two years later. I highly recommend Twin City Shelves for a professional, high quality product at a reasonable price. It has made my kitchen very accessible and convenient. Shaun was great to work with start to finish and really helped me decide how to incorporate the shelving into my space. This investment has been a very worthwhile game changer!

Shaun of Twin Cities Shelves was great to work with. I had moved into a newer home and wanted the ease of having pull-out shelving in my food pantry, corner lazy-susan cabinet (which was basically unusable) and a couple of lower shelves for pots and pans and plastic storage containers. He was prompt, reliable and significantly less expensive than another local competitor. The shelves are beautiful and I loved his work so much a few months later I decided to have him install one more set of 2 shelves in my dining room area where I stored serving pieces. Having pull-out shelves makes sure you can access and see everything that you have and need. The pantry especially allows me to make sure that I can see what food I have and organize it so that is doesn't spoil or go to waste.

Great. Shaun took out old shelving in two kitchen cabinets and installed 3 roll-out shelves. I'm very pleased with the quality of the shelves. Compared to other bids I got, Twin City Shelves was reasonably priced. Shaun was very professional--responsive, not pushy about doing additional work and right on the schedule he promised. I'd definitely recommend Twin City Shelveds.

Shaun did a fabulous job! One visit to measure everything, and a second visit to install. Everything fits precisely and works perfectly. Installation only took a of couple hours. Highly recommend!

Shaun was meticulous and knowledgable with the measurements and installation of 13 pull-out shelves. It took the standard two visits. The first to measure and then the install 3 and one-half weeks later.

From first contact until completion Minneapolis experience with Shaun and the shelving was positive.

Everything works great. Shaun came out and measured. He found pantry closet was not square and built a frame to be able to counter that plus enabled me to pull shelves out past door. It works so well it is worth every penny. Able to store so much more than before.

I happened upon Twin Cities Shelves through a Google search, and how fortunate was that find! From my first email inquiry through to the installation of the shelving, Shaun was prompt, responsive and a great consultant regarding the proper fix for our existing shelving woes. It is rare these days to find a vendor who sells such quality products at reasonable prices and backed by great service! I give TCS two enthusiastic thumbs up!

After doing some comparison shopping, we hired Shaun Peltier/Twin City Shelves to perform the replacement shelving work, and we are extremely pleased with the results.  Our 2 story home home is 22 years old, and all of the shelving is original to the home.  Shaun is very knowledgeable, careful, professional, prompt and courteous.  Shaun listens well, works very efficiently and cleans up after himself.  Since Shaun is the one who evaluates the situation (and one of our upstairs closets involved a little extra work to make everything fit perfectly), handles the measuring, provides the quote, and then performs the installation, the cost of using him is significantly less than competitors which use multiple individuals to perform those tasks to deliver a comparable product.  It has now been exactly 1 month since the installation.  All of the new shelves are of top quality construction, look great and work absolutely flawlessly.  The new pull-out shelves are a tremendous organization/storage upgrade.  We are very happy with Shaun's work and would not hesitate to use him again in the future!

We had 2 pull-out shelves installed in a smaller cabinet, 3 pull-out shelves installed in a very large cabinet and 1 pull-out shelf and a divider drawer in a very large cabinet. Shaun was great. He came out for the estimate and in about  2 1/2 weeks returned to install the items.
Everything worked well and we had the shelf above the divider made as an adjustable shelf. The divider drawer is the best and holds 8 large lids, 4 baking pans (9x13), 2 muffin tins and several other items. All items are well crafted.
You will lose a little area with the new shelves but the organization and ease of use makes up for it.

Shaun was amazing. Came immediately when called measured and designed shelving for my 14 year old cabinets to make them functional. In addition he created a storage unit for my husbands records which were overflowing into every space in our family room. Shaun is the ultimate professional and his work is impeccable. He initially told me it would take 3 weeks to get the shelves and install them, however he was done in two weeks. He cleans up when he is done and the work was well done. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and will have him come back and help with my laundry room. Excellent service and craftsmanship.

Shaun was prompt in returning phone calls and email He fit with my schedule. Saun did not push for adding shelves in an area that I wanted, but he thought I would lose too much space as doors didn't open all the way. He left the area clean. He was more reasonable and better functioning than sme others I looked at. It's SO convenient having the shelves.

He promptly responded to initial inquiries. He gave immediate estimates. He was punctual to appointments. The install went smoothly and the end product is wonderful as we expected.

Shaun was very professional and delivered the shelves in the time frame promised (2 weeks after the order was placed.). The shelves fit and function perfectly and they are attractive too. I wish I'd done this years ago.
