SCHUEBEL'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

I highly recommend John Schuebel! He installed our new furnace yesterday and will be back to do our AC in the spring. His prices are on his website and are very reasonable. And much more affordable than the larger companies I got quotes from. His customer service is top notch. John knows his stuff! He's definitely my new go-to for all of my HVAC needs.

Great! He replaced the computer and gave me the discount for it still being under warranty. I very much trust Mr. Schueble. He is honest, efficient and competent. He install my new furnace and air conditioning in 2009, and I use him for all maintenance and repairs.

Everything went great. It is nice having initial discussions with the guy who is going to do the work. He got a permit, did fast, clean great work and came back and tested it for the rebate when it got warm enough. Perfect experience!

After reviewing our current system (100,000 BTU and 22 years old), John told us that our current 2 inch power exhaust would have to be replaced with a 3 inch pipe in order to meet specifications for the systems that he could offer. Because of the way our home is constructed, installing a 3 inch pipe would be VERY expensive. He said that he could install a 70,000 BTU system with our existing 2 inch exhaust, but that we wouldn't be happy with that. His suggestion was that we check with some other furnace companies to see if they might have something of sufficient size that would be compatible with our 2 inch exhaust.
I compliment John for his honesty and integrity! He could have easily taken advantage of us, and we wouldn't have had a clue.

This is the second time I have called him. He is quick to return calls and do his work and very accomodating in scheduling time.

We called early in the week and John Schuebel, owner, came later that week at the scheduled time. John placed protection over the floor and stairs from the entry way to the furnace area. He was in our home for approximately 3 1/2 - 4 hours installing the new equipment. He was friendly, yet professional. The prices quoted for both the humidifier and the thermostat were the same as what was charged.
Before he left, he instructed us on programming the thermostat and how to set temperature and humidity levels.
For the amount of time that he was here performing the installations, the cost of service seems reasonable. The new equipment is working well and we are very satisfied. We will definitely use him again and have already given one of our neighbors John's contact information.

John has always been honest, reliable and punctual. We have used Schuebel's for many years and will
continue to do so.

We have used Schuebel's for a couple of years now for furnace check-ups and improvements to our furnace air intake/air distribution in the house. The work has always been excellent.

They were very good. At that time within the city of Woodbury there were a lot of incentives to replace your furnace. I don't know if that is going on or not. That was good. I don't remember the exact amount I spent on their service, but it was very good because 5 years ago I priced it out and the price was the same. I thought that was really great. The quality of work was very good. Their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were very good. I would consider using them in the future for any other work.

We needed to have our 34 year old forced air furnace replaced as well as our 27 year old central air conditioner. We chose the 95% effeciency models for both. We also chose the option of installing a high efficiency air cleaner. The owner of the company, John Schuebel, is the one who does the estimate and installs everything. He's very knowledgeable, for example, other companies who gave us estimates didn't inform us about what was required by city code, but John Schuebel did. He spent time with us and listened to what our concerns were and explained what would work in our unusually cramped area which was inside our basement bathroom. Scheubels deals exclusively with Goodman furnaces and ACs, which were well rated in the research we did ourselves. They are also less expensive components because Goodman doesn't advertise at all unlike the other brand names. Goodman also has great warranties with lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger and 10 years on all other parts. We did need to have a condensate pump installed for the water to be pumped to our laundry tub as we do not have a floor drain as is normal now for most furnace/AC areas in a basement. Mr. Schuebel arrived very promptly and he had his own rugs to cover and protect our carpeting and flooring. He was very thorough in the clean up afterwards as well. Schuebel's also hauls away the old equipment so we don't have to wonder how to dispose of it. He explained how the work was completed and how the system works. The job does take a day and a half but we had the work done in the beginning of September when we didn't need AC nor heat. For the half-day of work we showed Mr. Schuebel how to lock our door when he left so we were able to go to work as normal. We would definitely recommend Schuebel's Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for a great job at a great price. Even though we chose Schuebel's for their knowledge, quality and price we were also pleased to be patronizing a local company.
