Snow season hasn't started. Been professional so far.

I am sad to say my five-star review has only lasted weeks. Since the project was completed at the end of June, I have contacted Jacob via email and cell six times about a drainage issue starting in July. I did speak to Joann at the office, and she confirmed that Jacob received my emails. Sadly, that was on August 14th, and my recent phone calls to Joann on 10/7/24 are now being ignored. They recreated the problem I hired him to fix. 10/31/24

They contacted me quickly which I needed. And they were out the next week. I'm still working with them on some projects. Hard to answer since it is all so new.

Able to get lawn mowed after holiday. Nice job with edge trimming under deck and play structure.

I had a consultation to get a rock garden installed on my property. They asked for half of the total job expense as a deposit and did not communicate with me whatsoever after that was paid to them. I have constantly called, texted, and emailed for months without a response. I don't know if these other reviews are fake or if this business is a scam. Please be careful hiring contractors that ask for payment in advance.

Jacob and his crew were very professional, listened to our needs and delivered an excellent product. Very fair and trustworthy. Work was completed on time, quickly and they did an excellent job of cleaning up.
