Quick response to my email, followed up with date and time of service. He arrived at agreed upon time. I had to leave so I don't exactly how long the job took. When I returned everything had been cleaned up and the gutters looked great.

They did the whole project while I was at work. I came home to spotless gutters and perimeter so clean that it didn't even look like anyone had been to the house. I also received prompt and detailed follow up of the condition of the gutters. Would highly recommend!

The gutters were cleaned and water is flowing great.

Cleaning was thorough and attempt to repair leak was not successful because of standing water in the gutter. An attempt will be made later when the gutter dries out.

They did an excellent job for us. They did it through the association. I would rate them definitely an A. The price was really good. The gentlemen that came out here were extremely professional. They did things on time and were very responsive to the quotes. It was just a very possible experience to the associate in whole. 

They came out. They came out quickly. They responded to our plea very promptly. They evaluated and gave us some incite on some other things that might need some correction. They came out when they said they were going to come out and did the work. We have had no issues at all once they left. That is unusual because some of the associate memberships will have something to say. They cleaned up very well, and couldn't tell that they were even here. Found all the stuff in the gutters. They did it and left. We paid than and everything has been great. I have nothing but very possible to say about them. It worked out really well.

It was good. He was a friendly guy. If he had questions he always asked me before he did the stuff.

It went very well. I scheduled a date and told them that since I did not need to be there they could do it anytime prior to the scheduled date. They completed the job several days ahead of schedule.

They came out for estimate and returned the same day to clear driveway of packed snow.

Needed gutters cleaned before our first anticipated snow of the year. Reached out to Richard to schedule service. He showed up a few days ahead of his original schedule and did a terrific Job. Would definitely hire Richard again!

He missed the first appointment date but did work it out and came out the same week. He was courteous and professional. The only issue we had was, we read the voucher wrong and thought it did a little more then clean the gutters. That was our mistake, but if you don't have a lot of gutters this would not be a good deal/price at all. If you are curious if you can get a better deal because of amount of gutters he recommended to call company directly. We paid too much for the amount of work that was done. Unfortunately we also did this before the fall leaves and ended up having to do this again ourselves after the leaves fell. He even mentioned that the deal we purchased was too much for the little gutters that we had but unfortunately he couldn't do anything about it since we did the deal through Angie's list. All in All, if you do have a lot of gutters to be cleaned then this would be a good deal, if you do not have many gutters this might not be the deal for you. Call company before purchase to see if you this price would be right for you. He did do a good job cleaning the gutters, he was very professional and very nice.

Great! The workman showed up on time and job was well done with appropriate clean-up afterwards.

Since it was late in the season when I tried to schedule, I knew it might not be possible before we received snow and cold weather. Richard made an extra effort to get here before the snow came. Our job was scheduled for Monday, but he came the Friday before because he knew snow was coming. There was some rain falling before he finished and it turned to snow not long after he was done.

Very pleased! I used a "buy it now" deal on line. Latter the same day I got an email from Richard confirming the purchase. He confirmed an appointment on one of my requested days. He gave me a two hour arrival window. He was a few minutes late but no big deal. Busy time of the year. Richard was very friendly and professional. Got right to work and was done in no time.

Cleaned all the pine needles and debris off the roof. He did a great job. He was delayed by another job or two, which is why I rated him fair on punctuality.
