Flooring
They put the wrong color quarter-round and when I contacted the manager, he said that we chose the color and that it was our problem. The threshold was installed correctly but we were not able to close our door properly. I contacted the manager about that and he said that it wasn't his problem. He sent out a guy to fix it, but he did not do a very good job and my door looks splintered at the moment. The manager of Flooring Expo did not tell me that I would be charged for this.
