Great sales person! Lisa Smith is the only good thing about our experience. A problem with the cushion was only remedied after my husband email Smith Brothers (manufacturer) and complained about the fabric not matching the rest of the sofa and that the owner who came out to our home to check the problem, did NOTHING! We are still waiting for the solution to our problem, but let me tell you, Maynard (owner) didn't have a clue how to resolve our problem or what customer service means. Then our tv console was delivered: plaster dust everywhere!! The delivery guys said they were tearing down walls in the warehouse. And you don't protect our furniture!! It was the worst thing I had ever seen and took hours to clean the plaster dust and dirt from every nook and cranny of the console. I emailed Borofkas, but of course, didn't hear back from them. There should have been an apology or explanation or even some compensation. This company brags about customer service, but Lisa is the only one I dealt with that understands customer service. Unfortunately her hands are tied. NEVER SHOPPING AT BOROFKAS AGAIN!!
