Made an appointment with him to estimate at 9am. He didn't show up, didn't leave a voicemail. Finally answered his phone after 3 attempts to contact him, He was at home- wanted to come at his leisure. I would love to support small business but when you call Lowe's they show up!

It went well. Russ Dean was helpful in explaining the carpet and pad options and took accurate measurements. As a result, we didn't have to pay for a lot of carpet that wasn't used. The carpet was installed in a one level townhouse with a cement floor. I wanted to do tear-out myself so that I could caulk the expansion joints in the cement before the new carpet went down. We stacked the old carpet in the garage. Russ hauled it away after they finished installation and gave a discount for the tear-out we did. During installation, I pointed out one place where the carpet was not completely tucked in by the baseboard and the installers fixed it promptly. The seams were done very well and don't show. There were some marks on the newly painted white baseboards, but I expected that and had some left over paint on hand for touch up. I don't think it's possible to tuck in carpet without making a few marks.

Russ was great! After many weeks of having bad luck finding someone to replace our carpet in one room that had flooded, we turned to Angie's list. Russ answered the phone right away and was able to come to our home within a few days. He was on time and the carpet in our room looks beautiful! He also let us keep extra padding in case we do carpeting at other parts of our home. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent. They have a great customer service. Russ was the main person we dealt with and he was very friendly. He was very helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure we get what we need. They did an excellent job. We were pleased with their professionalism and time they spent to get everything done. One can trust them to stick with the estimate. They do a quality job and they stand behind it. The price was excellent.

They had good quality carpet selections for a reasonable price. They were professional and did great work. Their cleanup was very good as well.
