Other work items that required more study include:
1. Replace weak lights in basement rec room. He suggested a more efficient tube but said to wait until old ballast failed before calling him.
2. Patio lights are wired but no fixtures are in place, he suggested we look at motion lights or even a light plus a fan for hot summer evenings. We need to pick out a fixture(s) next.
3. Remodel garage lights (7 shop lights all with drop cords to one ceiling outlet), plus add a heavy duty outlet that hangs down from the ceiling to serve the drill press and parts washer. He wanted to study options for this work item and come back at a later date to complete the wiring.
