I called the locksmith and he showed up within 15 minutes. He was polite and professional, and he didn't' laugh at me! He opened my car for me and even gave me a coupon for a half price extra key at his shop. He had a sense of humor and was prompt and efficient. I will definitely call him again.

Tom's came out to replace the locks on the entry doors of a new house. He was able to do so, and gave us his thoughts on other little projects we might need to have done.
