Carlos Lozano and Araceli Lozano from TMI construction stoled my money (over $7,500) and refused to complete the job. We tried to work with them for 4 months, however they took more money, blocked my calls, and now have refused to complete their contractual work or reimburse me. They have repeatedly lied and left our backyard in a mess and we are in danger with not having another exit since they destroyed our existing porch and we have been without access for over 4 months. We have all the messages, voicemail, and photos to prove this. Please do not give them your money. They will steal it. They did this to another person on Thumbtack. Check out Sarah G.à ¢ s review. They have been reported to the better business bureau, Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, law enforcement and the financial institutions. We are hopeful the justice system will get us our money back since we do not have the funds to pay some else to fix the disaster they have left us with.

Very bad. Opened up the roof but not inside. Kept calling to say he was coming here to finish inside. Had to pay him 40,000 to put a new roof on the house as he said I wouldn t be able to hire another roofer so soon and we were going to get a lot of rain. He has you sign on his phone and the signature disappears. He s a crook. Doesn t even have a truck or van. He uses a beat up car. It looks like a clown car when help piled out of his car. Not reliable. Neighbors warned me to be careful. Never want him here again. I lost a lot of money. $55,000 total.

Best company out there ! The young men that Carlos has are very hard workers ! I have to say they are fast ! I love my new roof definitely recommend them !

TMI Construction is a small family business. I hired the company too replace and install new shingles on my home. The contractor went over the estimate with me in detail answering all of my questions. The owner and his crew do superior work and the project was completed on time and to budget. The contractor attends to every detail of the project and was very communicative with me along the process. His crew is polite, arrived on time, and cleaned up after the project. I have worked with a lot of contractors, and TMI Construction has been the best. I highly recommend this company for any services.

I would give them 10 stars. They did an excellent job in very difficult conditions. This. Was a big fence. Replacement and they showed up on time and very hard. Our fence is great now. They were all such hard workers and very friendly to us. Any time they need a reference I will give one. Thanks. So much.

TMI construction is amazing ! They are by far the best company I have worked with . They were so attentive to all my needs . The young men were so professional and let me say something they work hard . I have worked with many companies but not one like this . I will always recommend TMI !
