Bob and Cory showed up and with specific direction about a couple potential problems from Jeff, they installed the equipment that day. Jeff stopped by on 7/22/14 for final inspection and answer any questions I had. Made payment. When Jeff showed up on 7/22/14 , he brought a bouquet of flowers for my wife and a $20 restaurant gift certificate. I am not sure if that is usual, but it was a nice touch!!!
