• Called for appt; delivered them to hand off location on a Friday and picked them up on Monday.

It was great and they were fine. They were efficient, came on time and did a very nice job on the carpet. I was pleased with their work. I was satisfied with their price.

Wonderful.   The day of the cleaning, the tenants had not left the apt. by Friday am as scheduled and we had another tenant moving in that weekend.  We had to cancel at the last minute when we couldn't make things work, and they graciously came in on Saturday morning to do the job for us even though they normally don't work on Saturdays.   They were a lifesaver for us, and that is why we use them for all our cleaning needs .

The worker was on time, very personable and professional. He took the time to walk over the rooms and talk to me about them. We decided together which furniture he would move, and which would stay in place, and he was very attentive to a rather fragile antique dining room table. The carpets look wonderful. We have several dogs and cats and kids, and even the traffic pattern places are considerably brighter. I will schedule them more regularly from now on.
About the price: They gave me a quote over the phone on the square footage I reported, but when he got here, he remeasured more accurately, subtracting the places where he did not shift furniture. This saved me about $50, and put this service in line price-wise to the companies with less powerful extraction services. He even went upstairs to address a single stain at the top of the stairs, for free as far as I can tell.
I am extremely satisfied with this company.
