Dale did a wonderful job explaining thoroughly what he inspected and what his concerns were. We went room by room and he explained what he was looking for and why. He shared what could wait to be repaired and what needed to be a priority. We created a list of questions for the seller together and he even gave me a book explaining how to run my home! What a great extra! Dale is a down to earth, thorough home inspector with a lot of experience. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me!
