It went great. They came out for a free estimate and ordered the pane of glass they needed (custom window so they had to order it). For the estimate, they provided a specific time of day and they arrived right on time. It did take a little longer than expected to get the window in, maybe two weeks, and I didn't think to ask how long it would take nor did they offer the information. However, as soon as it was in they called to setup an installation time. They came right on time, and it took about an hour to install the new pane of glass. They mailed a bill. It was $260 which I thought was very reasonable for installation and the double pane insulated glass.
