ENGRAV'S DECORATING CTR

The new vinyl flooring they installed was done over top of the existing flooring which was very old. When they were done two of my interior doors did not open all the way any more and after only a month the staples they used in the underlayment began coming through the new vinyl flooring. We have to date had six staples push through the vinyl. We have had the installers back twice and they blame it on the staples with no effort to rectify the problem .We have not heard from the company now for months . The return by the installers to look at the problem took weeks at a time and there was no effort to contact us prior to their visit... they just showed up one day out of the blue luckily someone was home. All in all our effort to use and quot;hometownand quot; vendors has come back to haunt us. Engrav's ,in my opinion, is a vendor to steer well clear of. They obviously do not stand behind their product , are eager to make the sale but then are just as eager to forget about you and move on.
