I called Service Master in the morning and they were late getting here in the afternoon. I had already took out the carpet before they showed up. I got about 60-70% of the water out myself. In the broacher it showed them using a vacuum to get all the water out. Instead they put dryer equipment in the basement instead of vacuuming, which ended up costing me $500/day. They never mentioned not having a vacuum until it was time to pay. I personally could have vacuumed out 90% of the water myself. I felt that they are dishonest company who took advantage of me.
Description of Work: My sump pump stopped working. I had 2 inches of water in my mostly carpeted basement.
