Furniture - Sales
The furniture was not appropriately manufactured and they had very poor customer service in dealing with this. They never followed through when I called them. So I called the company who manufactured the furniture and they mailed me a new piece myself. If they tried to fix it, there was no follow through. They never called us back. The manager was not receptive to hear of it much at all and was very argumentative. I argued with him on the phone for about half an hour. We are just done with the services that they provide.
