Once the listing contract was signed the service was non-existent.  I showed the property more then the realtor and provided them potential leads for the sale. When I would follow up with them on leads I was told comments as "I can't babysit them".  When I was presented with a purchase agreement (a buyer I had entertained prior to listing) my listing agent handed it to me while carrying on a telephone conversation and said "call me later. much later, like tomorrow. I'm too busy".  I believe when you are paying an individual or agency thousands of dollars to represent you, five minutes of their time to present a purchase agreement isn't too much to ask.  Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service within this agency.
